Setup/cleanup must be included in rental time. No smoking/vaping, glitter/confetti, nails/tape, or fire effects. Production insurance is required. Furniture moves require host approval. Main floor + decks only; upper/lower areas are off-limits. Pets require pre-approval. Leave space as found.

Personnel

An on-site representative is available throughout the rental to assist with access, questions, furniture adjustments, and unexpected needs. They remain out of sight in a separate office.
